President
Richard F. Frisch, President
Richard F. Frisch is President and Owner of GAMBLE HOME SERVICES. He bought the Company in 1999 after a 30 year career in Human Resources Management. He has a BS in Business Management, a JD and is licensed to practice law. Richard and his wife Patricia have lived on Kiawah since 1994 and were customers of the Company before his ownership. This gives Richard a unique perspective of the needs and challenges of island homeowners and helps GAMBLE HOME SERVICES present services that are needed and valued – all aimed at providing peace of mind and confidence that the work will be completed as expected.

Abbey M. Riggs, Home Service Manager
Abbey M. Riggs is a Home Service Manager, joining GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in April 2008. In addition to providing property management services for customers on Kiawah, Seabrook and Lower Johns Island, Abbey is the service manager for the Company’s non-contract customers. She has a BS in Business Administration and experience in sales, real estate and construction management. Abbey’s extensive customer services skills help her to clearly communicate with her customers to reach the most effective solution to any property management or maintenance problem.

Vice President, Operations
Mark T. Frisch, Vice President, Operations
Mark T. Frisch is Vice President, Operations. He joined GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in 2001 after teaching English in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Mark has a BA in Communications. Before promotion to his current position, Mark was Home Service Manager for 5 years serving customers on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. In addition to being second in command, Mark is responsible for training Home Service Managers and developing and improving services for customers. Mark has managed large renovation projects and was responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s Housekeeping Division. Mark’s goal is excellent customer service.

Vice President, Construction Division
Tori Stein, Vice President of
Gamble-Atlantic, LLC.
Tori Stein is Vice President of Gamble-Atlantic, LLC, the Construction Division of GAMBLE HOME SERVICES. Tori has a BS in Meteorology and has been in Construction Management since 1993. She has worked as project manager and has significant experience in the design/build aspects of renovations and remodeling. Because of her extensive work on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands, Tori understands the construction maintenance needs of these island environments. Tori has the proven ability to take a project from concept to completion, on time and on budget and to work closely with the customer throughout.

Karin S. Frisch, Manager,
Housekeeping Services
Karin S. Frisch is Manager, Housekeeping Services. Karin joined GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in 2004 and has been in her current position since 2007. She earned a law degree in Brazil and practiced law before moving to the US. Karin also has experience in business management and employee supervision. Karin is responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and supervising the housekeeping staff. She ensures equipment is maintained to original operating standards and that cleaning solutions meet quality, EPA green standards. Karin’s staff cleans 6 days a week and can customize any cleaning to meet the homeowner’s needs.

Home Service Manager
Brian Sullivan, Home Service Manager
Brian Sullivan is a Home Service Manager. He joined GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in October 2009 after working many years as a property manager for the Kiawah Island Resort and subsequently as a real estate agent. He also spent 8 years as a Naval Officer and has a BS in Communications from Miami University in Oxford Ohio. Brian understands the quality customer service requirements of our resort environment. He has a thorough knowledge of the issues his clients may encounter with their island properties and the organization and management ability to resolve problems in a way that gives his clients peace of mind.

Home Service Manager
Wendy A. Gagnon, Home Service Manager
Wendy A. Gagnon is a Home Service Manager. She joined GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in 1998 and performed in a number of management and customer service roles. Wendy majored in chemistry and voice in college and has experience in financial management, quality control and supervision. Her depth and breadth of experience in all the aspects of property management offered by GAMBLE HOME SERVICES makes Wendy a valuable resource for her customers and a trusted and reliable provider of all the services needed to give her customers peace of mind that their properties are in good hands.

Brian Spickard, Maintenance Technician
Brian Spickard is Maintenance Technician. Brian joined GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in 2005 after working as a Maintenance Engineer at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island. He also has experience in remodeling and worked for a number of years as a facilities manager. Brian has a BA in Communications. Brian operates a fully stocked maintenance van and shop and has the ability to quickly and effectively fix most home maintenance problems. When it comes to small home maintenance needs, Brian will be immediately responsive because he believes that a rapid, professional response to a repair will save the homeowner time and money.

John Nelson, Home Service Manager
John Nelson is a Home Service Manager. John has a degree in Hospitality Management and joined GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in 2006. In addition to experience in hospitality management, John has been a property manager with Kiawah Island Resort and he owned and operated a construction company doing remodeling work on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. He is a licensed builder. John’s wealth of experience and hands-on knowledge of the property management and maintenance challenges his customers face give them complete confidence that their island investments will be effectively inspected and maintained.

Home Service Manager
Piper J. Pelley, Home Service Manager
Piper J. Pelley is a Home Service Manager. Piper joined GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in 2005 after a substantial career in purchasing management, property management, sales and customer service. She also worked as an international flight attendant. Piper has lived on Seabrook and worked on Kiawah Island for a number of years, which gives her a unique appreciation of her customers’ needs and the challenges of satisfying those needs on rather remote resort islands. She understands what it takes to get the job done and her customers put complete trust in her judgment and her ability to accomplish the most complex tasks.

Bookkeeper
Kathy Nettles, Bookkeeper
Kathy Nettles is Bookkeeper. Kathy joined GAMBLE HOME SERVICES in 2007 and was promoted to her current position in May 2008. Kathy spent a number of years in management in the food service industry and has substantial experience in office management and accounting. In addition to managing the Company’s accounting and office systems, Kathy anchors the office, keeping track of the whereabouts of staff members when they are in the field. She has a good grasp of the customers’ needs and when necessary effectively communicates those to the Home Service Managers.
