Peace of Mind When You Are Not on the Island!

We customize our inspections of your house and completely inspect the interior, exterior and grounds. You’ll receive a summary of each inspection every month and we’ll communicate more frequently if necessary.

Inspections are performed 2 or 4 times a month and are billed in calendar monthly increments at the beginning of the quarter. There is no charge if you are in residence for an entire calendar month and no inspections are performed.

GAMBLE HOME SERVICES is a licensed building contractor and can complete all repairs and necessary maintenance and perform any renovations you wish. This work is quoted and billed separately.

While we inspect the interior, exterior and grounds of your residence, we also offer Departure Service and Arrival Service inspections. Our Stocking Service, where we stock your house with Heating/AC filters, light bulbs, etc. is also available to you. Please contact us for more information on these services.
