Planned Preventive Maintenance services are performed twice each year; in the spring and in the fall. The preventive maintenance service includes the following:

• Attach gauges, check operation
  (Refrigerant added at additional cost)
  

• Check pressure switch settings
  

• Check start capacitor and relay
  

• Check voltage and amperage to all motors
  

• Check compressor contacter
  

• Check airflow across evaporator coils
  

• Check all wiring and connections
  

• Check for refrigerant leaks
  

• Clean and adjust thermostat
  

• Check evaporator superheat
  

• Clean evaporator coil
  

• Lubricate parts as needed
  

• Clear condensate lines
  

• Inspect and repair minor ductwork damage
  

• Check filters
