Hurricane Preparation & Follow-Up

An important service that we offer ONLY TO OUR INSPECTION SERVICE CLIENTS is the preparation of your home for a hurricane. If a hurricane is threatening, we stop all other work and focus on securing your home.

Before  a Storm

We move outdoor furniture and other objects that could become hazardous in high winds into your house. We turn off propane tanks and electricity and water as directed by local authorities and we empty your refrigerator/freezer of foods that may spoil if the power is off for an extended period of time.

We can provide hurricane protection for doors and windows and arrange for the installation in the event of a storm.

After a Storm

As soon as we are permitted back on the islands, we will inspect your property and inform you of any damage. We will provide you a quotation to repair any damage and will actively manage, supervise and guarantee the work.

We will return your outdoor furniture and other objects to the outside of your house when we know you are returning to the islands.
