Weekly Inspection Program

Our Weekly Inspection Program is designed to help protect your investment and ease the distance gap. We will develop a customized inspection routine for your house and inspect the interior, the exterior and the grounds. You'll receive a summary of each inspection every month and we'll communicate more frequently if necessary.

Any needed repairs, maintenance work or renovations can be arranged for and supervised directly by GAMBLE HOME SERVICES. We are a South Carolina licensed contractor and many of the repairs and maintenance work can be performed by our own full time technical staff. Any contractors who we engage on your behalf are fully insured and we manage, supervise and guarantee the work. We ensure that you are completely satisfied.
