We know how plans can go awry and crises – big or small - can be overwhelming, time-consuming and gnaw away at your peace of mind. We think so too! That’s why we offer you these additional property management solutions. Unless otherwise indicated, these services are available when you need them, as you need them.

Absentee Inspection Service

Our inspection program is designed to help protect your home and property - your investment – and provide you with peace of mind when you’re not on the island. Weekly or 2 times per month, your Home Service Manager inspects your home and grounds, following a customized inspection routine that we create specifically for your property. Each visit includes a complete interior and exterior inspection.

As situations and potential problems arise, your Home Service Manager handles them for you. If repairs and/or maintenance are needed we handle that too.

Each month you’ll receive an inspection summary. These summaries are available to you anytime, day or night, when you log into our Property Management System online.

Dry Cleaning and Laundry Pick-up and Delivery

When you need us to do so, GAMBLE HOME SERVICES will pick up your laundry or dry cleaning, have it cleaned and return it back to you.

Groceries and Supplies Purchase and Delivery

GAMBLE HOME SERVICES will stock your home with groceries and supplies you’ll need during your stay. All that we need from you is to know what you want us to stock. Simply provide a shopping list one week in advance of your arrival and we’ll handle the rest.

Heating and Air Conditioning Planned Preventative Maintenance

Nothing can make someone feel worse than an uncomfortable climate. That’s precisely why we have a program to maintain you’re heating and AC systems so they operate properly during the months of heavy use.

When you order our HVAC program we’ll perform preventive maintenance on your systems to keep them working as you expect them to.

Hurricane Preparedness

In the Southeast of South Carolina, it’s inevitable that we prepare for hurricanes. It’s important to protect your property and belongings as soon as the warnings are issued. In the event of a potential hurricane strike, GAMBLE HOME SERVICES will move your outdoor furnishings and those items that could become missiles in high or hurricane force winds. We’re also here to offer window protection and turn off the propane. After the threat is over, we’ll return your furnishings back outside. In the event any damage is sustained, we’ll notify you and make arrangements to assist you in the recovery process.

Mailing, Shipping, Package Receipt & Delivery to Your Home

It’s easy to avoid trips to the Post Office or the UPS Store when you have GAMBLE HOME SERVICES at your side. We’ll make the necessary arrangements to pick up mail and/or packages from your home and have them mailed or shipped for you. We’ll also receive packages on your behalf at our offices and deliver them to you at your home.

Vehicle Transport and Battery Jump-Start

When your vehicle won’t start it’s nice to know you’ve someone to call. GAMBLE HOME SERVICES will be glad to jump-start your car for you. If you need your automobile serviced, we’ll transport it to and from the service garage. We’ll even transport it to or from the airport so it’ll be there when you need it!

Winter Freeze Protection

In South Carolina, we don’t typically have sub-zero temperatures. We have been prone, however, to some really cold and icy days. It’s those days when your pipes need some extra care and attention. In the event of a freeze, GAMBLE HOME SERVICES will make sure your water heater breaker is turned off, the water going into your home is shut off and your water lines are drained. When you’re planning to visit, just give us a call and let us know you’re coming and we’ll turn everything back on for you. * A water shutoff valve independent of the water meter is required. We are not authorized by the water company to operate their equipment.
